HistoryA group of local businessmen came together in May 1922 to form the Paris Building and Loan Association in order to fund economic growth and home ownership in the Paris area. In 1934 the Association converted to the federal mutual form of ownership and became First Federal Community Savings & Loan. To support the Titus County area a banking center was opened in 1987 in Mt Pleasant. Over time more retail banking products were offered to our customers and we converted to a State Savings Bank in 2013 to better reflect our services.
