I have made several attempts to resolve my rating, including messaging the home owners but resolve has no value with ungrateful people. I even have several current customers which are willing to show a much better perspective of my customer service abilities but Yelp refuses to allow them to post. 4 separate customers have tried to put reviews on my page and Yelp and disapproved each of them.
