History
After studying abroad, owner Sammy Angel Lam discovered wine and became passionate about the art of making wine. That passion led him to a five-year journey that included experiences in retail, production, service, and packaging. After completing his Masters of Science in Wine Management, Lam decided to head back to his home state, Texas, to develop something new and hip that could increase appreciation and responsible consumption of wine, while also making an effort to protect the environment by reducing the carbon footprint of wine. It is Lam's hope that wine (in alternative packing) will become the go-to beverage of his generation, and his first attempt at this goal will be through his flagship winery in downtown Austin.
