History
Wes has served in the pest control industry for over 20 years. His experience started with his dad's company Pinpoint Pest Control, in 1997. In 1998, while earning a degree in Biblical Studies, he worked as a pest control technician. After graduating, he hired on full time and within a few years became Service Manager. His first job in Texas was as a Territory Manager for a national chemical supply and training company. Wes had the privilege of providing supplies, training and education to many of the local pest control business owners. It was at this time that he realized he was destined to own and operate a company in this industry. He found work as a Service Manager and a General Manager in order to build his experience and industry knowledge and he now operates his own small business - Vector 1 Termite & Pest Control Services
