Valerie Neitsch was born and raised in South-Central Texas. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
