A Native Texan, Robert was raised in a family that continually entertained friends and family. His grandmother is a leading force behind his desire to be a gracious host to all. Her love of good food, family, and great times together have encouraged him to continue this tradition and share his talents with others. Robert began his professional career in special events in 2001 when he joined an event production company as an events consultant. From there, his journey led him to Miami, Florida where he furthered his experiences in the special events industry.
