The brisket and ribs are competition quality (dlicious) it's surprising to think this quality of real Texas BBQ. The bbq/deli manager (Paul) maintains a top quality service area inside a HEB store.

Best Brisket I've ever had. If I lived closer I'd probably eat here at least 3 times a week. I've tried the ribs also and they are very good as well. The cherry cobbler was on Point too.
