Tan colored rubber caulking, instead of grout, that Mario applied before he left our job.

Here is the exposed section of the refrigerator where I found the new dent, after the workers finished hammering the old tiles.

Another new set of dents that we found after the workers slid my refrigerator back into place. Dents that were not there before.

Here's a picture of my refrigerator from mid-February of 2024. As you can see, there are no dents or dings on the front of it.
