HistoryMy husband, Mark, came up with the name Rivers Wanted while we were students at Texas State University, aka Southwest Texas State University. We are both self proclaimed River Rats, and he stated that some day we would own a business called Rivers Wanted. In 2002, Rivers Wanted Photography was born. Early in my career, I took scenic landscape photos & entered the photos in many local contests. Any prize money I won, I would put back into my equipment. Now, more than a decade later, Rivers Wanted Photography is a full service on site photography business. We have a portable studio that includes backgrounds, and 3 studio lights, so we have the unique ability to bring our studio to our clients. We use the portable studio along with two printers for parties and events for on site printing services. We offer party guests fun props, and they strike a pose. Prints available in minutes, at the event. Outdoor sessions also available in the Texas Hill County!SpecialtiesAt Rivers Wanted Photography, we are a full service on-site photography business. We offer on-site printing for parties and events (including an online gallery for ordering digital images and additional prints). With a portable studio, we can bring the studio to you! We also specialize in professional head shots, family sessions, seniors, bridal, engagement, commercial/product, and weddings. We use many beautiful locations in the Texas Hill Country for outdoor sessions, and if you are looking for a gift for the hard to please, try one of our scenic or landscape photos, professionally matted and framed.
