History
Tito's Cantina debuted on December 21, 2017.
Specialties
The Tito's Cantina menu will feature many of Texas' Tex-Mex favorites and best-selling dishes like sizzling beef fajitas made with outside skirt steak, queso flameado and southwest quail bites. Tito's Cantina offers a from-scratch menu which features a list of chef's selections to include pastor alambre, shrimp brochette, and a roasted half chicken topped with housemade mole. This will be complimented by in-house made flour and corn tortillas, salsas and marinated and roasted meats, including barbacoa and pork carnitas. The menu will also reflect authentic Mexican flavors as the menu was developed by chef Brett Jackson. There are multiple vegetarians options available. Unique to Tito's Cantina is a bread pudding dessert blending fresh-made churros and glazed donuts, topped with a cinnamon-vanilla glaze. The unique and exciting beverage program will be featured prominently, and include an array of margaritas and martinis in addition to the traditional lime, strawberry and mango frozen margaritas. The beverage program will feature rotating beers on tap and a comprehensive tequila list with Blanco, Anejo and Reposado selections, including Mezcal. General Manager Jacqueline Herrera will be overseeing the cocktail program.
