Tina is a registered dietitian nutritionist and her expertise lies in eating disorders and medical nutrition therapy for a variety of health conditions and also as a certified personal trainer through NASM. Tina has experience working with a broad range of clients, and has a specialization with those struggling with eating disorders and weight management. Working in the eating disorder field for over 8 years, Tina's vast experience includes various outpatient practices, but also working in both the PHP/IOP level of care. Tina focuses on bettering her client's health and mind by employing a non-diet approach to meal planning, using intuitive and conscious eating principles. She excels at creating personalized plans of action as well as assisting clients to incorporate nutrition and activity into their lifestyles, all done in a balanced and enjoyable way. Tina's spunky personality can add fun and excitement when talking about nutrition, especially when de-bunking some of those challenging diet myths.
