This is Prosthetics' front office. No wonder it took 6 weeks just to get a walker.

This nurse was on a personal call for several minutes while vets waited to be served.

ice cold air from outside filled the waiting area. We froze for 2 hours. Asked clerks for heat. They ignored us.

I'm always shocked on a greater level at the low quality of healthcare rendered at this VA facility. Doctors & Nurses seldom stay longer than 6 months; I've had 4 pcp's in the last 2years....
