History
The VIctoria Restaurant started wtih a vision from a great Mexican Chef ( Francis Alvarado), who dreamed to have her own Mexican Restaurant to specialize and creat her own recipes. She started from working as a chef at other restaurants which opened many doors to open her own restaurant. The Victoria Restaurant is named after her youngest daughter, Victoria. Francis hopes to open more restaurants and have them run by family and close friends. She has been lucky to be followed by previous loyal costumers who enjoy her food and the entertainment she provides.
Specialties
After learning family recipes from her mother in Jalisco, Mexico as a child, Chef Francis moved to the US at the age of 21 with the dream of sharing those authentic flavors in a restaurant of her own. In 2011, she was able to bring that dream to life here in Farmers Branch when she opened The Victoria Restaurant. With rich recipes steeped in tradition and Mexican history, we offer up a dining experience unlike any other in the area. The aroma from our kitchen will entice you as soon as you walk in our doors, readying you for a dish filled with fresh and authentic flavors. We'd love to host you for a meal, a drink during one of our Happy Hours, or to cater your next event.
