Our goal is to provide the nicest, cleanest beach house with ocean view, wifi, six flat screen tv's, pool next door, beach just two minute walk. The Sand Point Joint has a beautiful furnished apartment below, which is a one bedroom, one bath apartment. The house itself has three bedrooms, two full baths. Together it has four bedrooms, three full baths and two full kitchens.
