We are in the process of acquiring $100 million worth of Multifamily units in the next 12 -18 months and growing our portfolio to $1 Billion in the next 4 to 5 years. Currently, we have acquired $25 million with more than 500+ units as part of our portfolio and looking to do more massive deals of at least $10M to $25M all in plus rehab cost. Our business model is to buy class C buildings in B and A areas and force the appreciation through rehabbing the units. Later, we are excited about moving into other real estates asset classes such as new construction, senior housing, and storage units
