History
Immediately after receiving his law license and being admitted to the Texas Bar, Daniel became a Criminal Texas State Prosecutor for the Bexar County District Attorney's Office. As a First Chair Prosecutor, he developed strong skills as a trial attorney by successfully trying dozens of cases in front of juries, involving a wide range of criminal offenses. Daniel also spent time as the First Chair Prosecutor running the office's Criminal Protective Orders Unit, where he conducted numerous Protective Order hearings in front of all of the elected Civil District Court Judges in Bexar County. This experience has allowed Daniel to gain an incredible insight into how the DA's office prosecutes crimes, as well as how Prosecutors are trained to try your case against you. After leaving the DA's Office, Daniel then went on to work at a multi-practice area law firm with offices across Texas. There, he handled the law firm's entire caseload before opening The Law Office of Daniel J. Palmer.
