County Line is a chain of barbecue restaurants and has been operational for more than 20 years. The restaurants serve a variety of appetizers that include saut ed mushrooms, pepper jack cheese bites, grilled Buffalo wings and Cajun shrimp. Its menu also offers various types of barbecue combos, including the meat combo, mixed platter, and brisket and turkey breast combo. The restaurants have a team of trained chefs that specializes in making a range of items, such as smoked peppered turkey and sliced beef brisket sandwiches. County Line has received a recognition award from the Texas Senate for its barbecue food. It maintains a presence in San Antonio.
