Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Phase Engineering provides services nation-wide, annually performing approximately 1000 environmental site assessments and related environmental professional services. Phase Engineering offers a variety of environmental consulting services to its clients, ranging from the EPA "All Appropriate Inquiries " ASTM Standard Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to licensed and certified asbestos, mold, and lead inspections, VCP, IOP, abatement/remediation project management, and property condition assessments.
