For over 20 years, Wes Walters Realty Inc. has been in the commercial real estate business doing brokerage and syndications. Bob Rein and V. Bruce Evans, both veteran commercial real estate professionals joined forces in 2013 and along with Wes Walters, consolidated their commercial efforts into Texas Investment Property Group. All of the principals are Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).
