Infused with a festive Mexican theme, Taco Cabana prepares homemade tortillas, a variety of salsas, grilled fajitas and other Mexican favorites. In January 2001, Taco Cabana was purchased by Carrols Corporation of Syracuse, N.Y. Privately-held Carrols is one of the largest restaurant companies in the United States, operating more than 500 restaurants in 17 states and Latin America.
