Susan Phillips got her real estate license in July, 2010. She is with Riedel Realty, LLC. A1 Vacation Realty is a natural fit with Susan's management company, A1 Vacation New Braunfels. A1 Vacation NB was founded in 2004 and has over 35 properties in the rental pool. Prior to A1 Vacation NB, Susan has extensive experience as a leasing agent for are apartment complexes in Dallas, San Antonio and New Braunfels. She leased 16 units in one day and loved doing it!
