They could improve everything. No hot water, roaches, no laundry services, mold, garbage, security. Worst place I've ever lived. No question.

All I can say is JUST DON'T!!!! Not fit for humans. More roches than tenants. Even got code compliance involved. Said wasn't fit to live. Management??!! None. MINIONS. Many.
