History

This is the 3rd generation of residential real estate and property management that was started by our grandfather in the '50's in California. After working in the corporate world for almost 30 years, we decided to go into the family business, starting in Houston. When Dad retired, we purchased his business in San Antonio.

Specialties

Property owners hire us to make sure their tenants pay the rent on time and take care of their rental property. We collect rent, provide periodic property condition surveys to ensure the tenant is taking care of the property, and we enforce the terms of the lease agreement.
