The State Bar of Texas manages Lawyer Referral Information Service, which helps Texans in finding lawyers to represent legal issues. Its public information department serves media professionals and provides information related to Texas lawyers. The agency publishes books, practice manuals and legal forms through TexasBarBooks. The State Bar of Texas administers the Texas Young Lawyers Association, which as more than 23,000 members.
