History
St. Christopher's Resale Shop has been a Spring Branch tradition for over 50 years. Started by a group of young mothers with leftovers from a church rummage sale, it turned into the sale that never ended! The shop was located in a variety of places during the early years. From a guest house, to a rented building on Long Point. In 1980, the shop moved to its own building on the church campus. The young mothers became grandmothers but continued their work. By 1986, the Thrift Shop had provided over one million dollars to outreach projects in the local community. The shop provides community service opportunities as well as bargain shopping. Most of all, the shop (now known as Resale instead of Thrift) provides much needed funds to: Houston Hospice, Lord of the Streets, The Monarch School and The Mission of Yaweh as well as individuals in the Spring Branch area. AND You can be part of the change we make: Shop. Volunteer, Donate @stchrisresale!
