Only contact was on the telephone. After describing 5he cars symptoms they jump to a conclusion costing $5000 without any qualifications. No "let's see", "bring it in and we will check it out" ....

A lil bit pricey,my car still ran when I brought it in, making lil bit whining noise,, by the time it was all over, they replaced transmission with rebuilt trans. 4000$+, car really ran great...
