History
Kelly Marshall has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 13 years. They have honed their craft and sensitivity to work with all bodies, all genders, and all people from all walks of life. They also received extensive training with Integrative Yoga Therapy to become a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), specializing in injury rehabilitation, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. They are also a Registered Yoga Teacher and teaches regular public classes in Austin.

I provide a customized approach for each client based on their needs. I provide a safe, accepting space for all body types, and a solution-oriented approach to chronic pain. Yoga Therapy is a specific therapeutic approach that allows the client to feel empowered to overcome issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, and body issues. I also offer accessible mindfulness and meditation coaching to help you create and maintain a more peaceful outlook.
