This location is just so understaffed and they aggressively try to sell you other services. Will not use them again or their partners. Waited over an hour just to return internet equipment.

Horrible customer service. Just needing to pick up a modem (home internet) for self install and I'm here waiting still. Arrived at 5:38pm and it is now 6:54pm. No greeting or even a glance my way....
