Paul is great! He fixed up our spa, initially he put in a 2hp pump instead of a 3hp because the one he was replacing was not labeled, I called to tell him we had less power and he fixed the issue...

Paul, the so called tech, was utterly worthless. He doesn't show up, doesn't know what he's doing and is always hungover or high on something. He is an utter waste of time, don't bother with him.
