Southwest Housing Compliance Corporation (SHCC) is a Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) appointed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for select Project-Based Section 8 properties in Texas and Arkansas. Established in 1995 by the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, SHCC's mission is to ensure that all families have access to safe, healthy, and accessible homes.
