HistoryOn the first Sunday of January 1997, Pastor Michael Steve Brown came back to our church family, as interim Pastor, to preach and conduct Bible studies as we searched for another pastor. In April of 1997, we asked Pastor Brown to become our pastor. He accepted the Call of the Lord. He was installed by his father, Pastor Aristide Brown, Sr., the then pastor of the Greater Tree Mount Temple Baptist Church, on August 17, 1997. Since that time, under the leadership of Pastor Michael Steve Brown, True Vision Baptist Church became known as True Vision Church or TVC. The church progressively moved five (5) times from 4429 Rittman Road, to 7000 square feet at 5700 IH 35 North (Windsor Park Mall), to 13,000 Square feet at 5814 Rittiman Plaza, to opening a second 23,577 Square foot location at 5212 Heath Road know as True Vision Church Northwest. On March 20, 2008 TVC purchased 35 acres of land located at 2826 Ackerman Road, Kirby, San Antonio, Texas, for the erection of a new campus TVC NE.SpecialtiesTrue Vision Church is a community of faith and friendship with people from just about every religious background. People young and old, singles and families, newcomers and old timers have all found Community is their place to believe and belong. Our Sunday Services are a time of excitement and celebration as our worship team leads us in singing songs that are uplifting and as we strive to teach God's Word in a way that is practical to daily life.
