SOLEDAD BUILDERS, LLC. - Established in 2003 by Marc and Kelly Molak to build custom homes in the Austin, Texas area. Soledad Builders aims to construct life-specific homes at a competitive cost, without a sacrifice in quality of materials and craftsmanship. Our homes are designed to meet our customer's specific needs and built to an exceptional finish. We build around the lifestyles of our customers through architecture, quality, and material to build timeless, durable homes. Marc Molak - Holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a concentration in Building Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been in the construction industry for more than twenty years. For seven years, he was with Newmark Homes in Austin, holding positions of Superintendent, Project Manager, Area Manager, and Division Manager. Marc supervised the construction of over 500 homes in the Austin area. His last two years at Newmark, Marc started and ran the "Build on Your Lot" division and built homes across the Austin area including Hays, Travis, Williamson, and Bastrop counties. Kelly Molak - Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California at San Diego, with a degree in Political Science, and minors in Economics and Spanish. For seven years she was with a local land development firm, concentrating in residential land development, holding positions of Accounting Assistant, Operations Manager, and eventually V.P. of Finance & Development. Marc and Kelly have two young sons, and are active in the Austin community, their childrens' school and their church. Marc and Kelly are both physically active. Marc completed his first Ironman competition in 2004. Both Marc and Kelly compete in Xterra, an offroad triathalon series and in 2002, they traveled to Maui, Hawaii where Marc competed in the World Championship. Marc and Kelly love to travel, especially to Mexico, where they are inspired by the Mexican architecture, culture and cuisine.
