I took my daughter there because she insisted against my judgement for color. She wanted ombré which is just the ends done and ended up with a total mess in her hair. It was over colored blonde...

This is the worst SmartStyle location. The lady that attended my mom was Desiree. This lady had the worst customer service. Talked down to my mom who is elderly in front of other customers....

We have been waiting and waiting and waiting for this place to open. According to other staff, they never open on time. Poor business decision.

I am very picky about my haircuts, but since going to Rita, I have had no reason to complain! I really like the way my hair looks after she has cut it!
