Adair Family Restaurants is a family-owned, Houston-based restaurant group that opened its first restaurant, Skeeters Mesquite Grill, in 1988. Over the past 22 years, Skeeter's expanded with five other locations around Houston. In 2000, Adair Family Restaurants acquired one of Houston's oldest Tex-Mex establishments, Los Tios Mexican Restaurant. Los Tios has been a staple in the local restaurant scene since 1970.

Possibly one of the best breakfast tacos I've ever had! We love Skeeters food and great service, but have never tried the breakfast tacos. Just wow! Delicious tortillas, and fresh ingredients....

This is a good Kingwood spot that has withstood the test of time. It's one of our favorites for weekend breakfasts or lunch with friends. The food is all cooked to order, nothing sitting around...
