SJS was established in 2006 with one technician in the field. We now employ eight highly qualified, certified field technicians providing full-time servicing to our clients with two additional in-house technicians providing remote programming changes and emergency dispatch as required for major outages. Because we do not use contractors, we are able to provide our clients with a much higher standard of care to handle all their concerns and can do so at very competitive rates. Our customer retention speaks volumes about our ability to provide this superior service to our clients. Our customer representatives consistently reach out to our clients to make sure their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with our services. Quarterly newsletters are issued informing clients of changes in our industry that could affect them as well as upcoming events in the industry.
