Signature Pollo Sazon, appropriately a signature dish. Freaking outstanding, the plethora of flavors is incredible.

Birria Tacos - brisket tacos served with consume, rice and beans. AMAZING

Chile Relleno was excellent. Stuffed with tender brisket and excellent sauce.
