We started out training at the sun bowl, literally out of a backpack. We've trained over 500 individuals and now have a 6,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility.
Specialties
Our FIT and RISE programs will improve your core, stability and body mobility through Weight training, Interval Training, and Body Weight Movements. Our style of Interval Training will aid in eliminating body fat and building lean muscle. Our Performance program is for athletes of all levels and is designed to train the nervous system to react as fast and as efficiently as it can when it comes to producing power and burning energy. Improving the reaction time in the nervous system directly translates to an increase in power, speed and explosion. Our sport-specific program also emphasizes core stability and strength to ensure that your body can sustain the power you are exerting when you run, jump and move laterally. While the work is utterly important, we also lay a heavy focus on muscle recovery.
