DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rey Wilton gave me a bid to trim trees, and build a retaining wall. He only did half of the trees. Promised he'd return to finish the job and never did even though I paid him...

I never prepay for labor but I gave this guy a shot and prepaid him $325 out of the $750 job and he only did $150 worth of work before running off. The guy is very short sighted I had 2 more jobs...
