HistoryThis 43,000 square foot facility was made possible by the 1997 HEB ISD bond election. The building is named for Pat May, an outstanding HEB ISD educator and community leader. One of the largest meeting rooms in the building, the Blair Room, is named for Lennijo Blair, another noted HEB ISD educator.SpecialtiesThe Pat May Center serves as Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District's professional development building. All scheduling of rooms and rentals are subject to HEB ISD guidelines and policies. The entire property, including the parking lot, is alcohol-free and tobacco-free at all times. The Pat May Center's largest meeting space is the Blair Room. This 6,800 square foot meeting room can be used as one large space or converted to smaller meeting areas.
