History
I was working out on a regular basis at a regular gym. I was starting to get bored with the same routine and figured there were others like me who felt the same way. I incorporate Resistance, Endurance, and Power into a fast-paced intense training session. This is a Fat Torching workout like nothing you've done before. It doesn't matter if you're new to working out or a world class athlete, my program works from all.
