great experience. just bought a home and had the heat pump go out. luck would have it, the unit was bought from and maintained by Reeder's... and we still under warranty. warranty didn't cover...

I had an issue with a unit, and instead of mounting the boards back correctly, or using the correct parts, they hung them from the unit with wire. As you can see, that did not go well. I don't...
