History
In 2011 we watched the documentary Food, Inc. And the rest is history. We began to change the way we ate and started purchasing more of our food from local farms and traceable sources. In 2013, we began small by marketing grass-fed only beef from cows raised on family land in East Texas. We gathered enough folks around us that also geeked out over local, sustainable, nutrient-dense grass-fed beef and bought up all we could send their way. In 2014, we left the city for the country. And today, we live on a little plot of land in Mount Vernon, Texas where we raise the happiest, healthiest herd of Texas Longhorns so that we can bring YOU the best-tasting, locally-sourced, sustainably & humanely-raised, 100% GRASS-FED BEEF!

100% Grass-fed Beef. We raise happy cows on open pasture in Mount Vernon, Texas - just 1.5 hours East of the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex. Our cattle are never administered antibiotics or hormones or feed. They are rotated to fresh pasture each day which heals and regenerates the land. Healthy land = healthy animals = healthy people. We work to raise the highest quality most nutrient dense beef for our family table and yours. We deliver to Dallas once a quarter where we sell out of The Corner Market cafe on lower Greenville. We also sell most Saturdays at the Winnsboro Farmers Market (Winnsboro, TX) and we offer local pick-up at the ranch for our customers in East Texas. Come visit.
