The storage unit was fine, but they continued to raise monthly rates to over double in 9 months. $150/month for a 10x15 space is beyond ridiculous.

Don't rent a unit if that's what you're gonna pay for six months or a year they will increase your rent every three months at this location

Drive-up units are infested with rats. We rent 2 units there and store cars only. We informed management multiple times of large amounts of rat droppings but whatever pest control methods are used...
