I got horrible and rude service. It took him five hours to quote me on one small box of clothes. They also lowball me an insane amount for all on brand lightly worn or never worn clothes.

Lowballer's for sure! Customer service needs major improvement! Plato's closet has guidelines to follow when bringing in clothes. It needs to be washed, folded neatly, no plastic bags. That's fine...

Spent alot of time in this store both shopping & selling. Had a bad experience once where they got me on my largest drop off & I got screwed but still shop there. Good deals
