I opened my business at Hyde Park Gym in August 2015. My passion for helping people pushed me to overcome the struggle to build a business from scratch into something I am very proud of! After losing my Foor Fubruary 2016, a massive set-back turned into a reignited passion to help people overcome any obstacle to achieve success. I have learned a lot over the past two years and will continue learning in order to offer the best value in training for my awesome clients!
Specialties
I specialize in the use of resistance training to improve strength, body composition, and confidence. My thirteen years as a competitive powerlifter have taught me of the amazing benefits of strength training. My focus for all of my clients is resistance training supplemented with cardiovascular training.
