We have 24 Hour Access. We are staffed from 8am - 8pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday and 8am - 12pm Saturday. Come in, take a tour and get your membership during these staffed hours. The difference between this facility and some of the others around town is that you matter. When you come in to our 8000 square foot facility, you will find that you have everything you need to meet your personal objectives in a friendly and non-intimidating environment. We include fun and innovative group exercise classes with your membership. Our personal trainers on staff can design a program just for you to help you meet your fitness goals.
