FCST has a year-round USA swimming competitive youth team, adult swimming program (Masters), non-competitive clinics, and synchronized swimming. FCST is home to 8 2012 Olympic Trial Qualifiers and over a dozen Division I College swimmers. Our non-competitive programs feature the same experienced, excellent coaches as our nationally-ranked team. And our synchronized swimming team has national qualifiers as well. First Colony Swim Team strives to develop the maximum potential in our swimmers through practice and competitive achievement at a pace appropriate to each individual.
