I went and saw the eye doctor there weeks ago. I called once and they said they were finalizing my prescription. Still Havent heard from them. Poor customer service

Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly... Kinda slow but friendly. However my husband and I had a very negitive experience when it came to shopping for frames and them running our insurance......
