Did not clean or trim my nails before applying acrylic. Immediately looks like I've had the nails on for weeks.

Nails aren't the desired length (short) + look how THICK the acrylic is. Absolutely terrible.

NOT BUSY AT 6:23 PM-but denied me service

Color was suppose to be black. Get in sunlight and it's PURPLE. Also, look at the application.
