History

This restaurant has been 8 years in the making. Chef Mike has been working on this recipe since 2010 finding ways to just make a perfect consistent bowl of ramen. The original plan was to open a ramen shop in Dallas TX in 2014, but it was not time for us yet. In March 2018 we decided to start a Ramen food truck in San Antonio. August 2018 we were able to do a pop up at The Green Lantern in Stone Oak and the 4 months we were there we had such amazing support and following it helped lead to our first location in the UTSA area December of 2018.

The Chef is absolutely AMAZING and always consistent! Ramen is SUPER DELICIOUS!! Everything else is to. Hands down my favorite Place to eat. Vibes are calm and relaxing. Staff is always cool and nice.
